Birthday Parties and other events start at $350. This includes:

• 10 participants

• Private Server & computers for each participant

• 2 Party Hosts

• 2 Hour run time

• Party decorations

• Setup & Cleanup

For each additional participant, add $30.

Events requiring additional technoloy or support will be adjusted on a case by case basis.

Events generally will run for 2 hours with a 15 minute check-in window at the beginning. Particpants will utilize our computer lab for the majority of the time.

There will be time for food/drinks half way through the event and at the end of the event.

We provide you with at least 2 hosts to manage all of the check-in, leading the activities, serving the food, and will handle all of the setup/cleanup.

Not participating attendees can enjoy the waiting room and dining space while the activites are going oin. 

You are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, and cake. Alternatively you can prepay to have pizza provided by us.

• Large 16' Pizza (cheese/pepperoni)- $22.00

• Large 16" Specialty Pizza- $25

• Juice Box- $2.00 each

• Goodie Bag- $8.00 each (includes toy, 3D Printed Object, candy, glow stick)

Pizza & other food deliveries are not permitted.

We do not allow catering or alchohol on our site.

• If your cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the Party Date - $50 cancellation fee.

• If your cancellation request is received between 30-10 days before the Party Date - $150 cancellation fee.

• If your cancellation request is received less than 10 days before the Party Date - No Refund.

• You may also be responsible for the cost of any other custom party add-ons that are part of your order that are in progress (for example; if pizza has been ordered for your party, you may be responsible for the full payment of the pizza).
