Each program has a season that runs throughout the school year with some programs being repeatable. Every session is 1 hour long.

• Vex IQ: September- May | 2 times per week

• Vex GO: 16 weeks (Semester) | 1 Day per week

• Minecraft: 8-16 weeks (half or whole semester) | 1 Day per week

• Coding: 8-16 weeks (half or whole semester) | 1 Day per week

The cost of each program depends on several factors.

• Which program(s) the school wants us to run

• How many students sign up for the program

• The decided upon length of the program (total number of sessions)

• If there is any setup required (eg. unboxing, labeling, and deloplying robotics equipment)

• If there are addtional events you want us to attend with the team outside of the pre-scheduled events (eg. another tournament)

We want all of these program to have a MINIMUM of 8 students to run and a MAXIMUM of 20

Our Vex robotics program follows the same principals as the other program being put on by the REC foundation and potentially your school district; however, we are not directly affiliated with them. Our Program has been designed to invlove only the schools we directly work with and empowers the students in a more rewarding way.

Our program guarantees the following that sets us apart from the other programs out there:

• Large number of students can particiapte (most programs have a 6-10 student cap, we will allow 20 students to join the team)

• EVERYONE is allowed to attend and compete at the competitions

• EVERY SCHOOL will have a place held for them in the finals.

• The students are given more opportunities to shine because they are competing with students from other schools who also have only experience our program, meaning the coaching has been the same and the total time spent has been the same.

This question has a lot more nuance than it seems. All of our programs use different levels of coding with them. For elementary students, we stick with a block based approach so they can focus more on the logic and creativity rather than syntax and typing. Break down below:

• Vex Go & Vex IQ use block base language that translate and compile into Python or C++

• Minecraft uses Microsoft's Make Code engine to write in Javascript.

• Afterschool Coding uses the Scratch Engine to build web based games and applications that run in the web browser.
