AS YOU ARE PREPARING TO CREATE THIS PROJECT, REMEMBER THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE THESE FACTS/STATISTICS WRITTEN IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Even if you "know" the large vocabulary words that a book or website uses, you CANNOT copy it down and say that it is your own. You really shouldn't even take a sentence and "move around" the phrases, hoping that it means that it's now "your own words"--it's NOT. Try to write small phrases (no more than 5-7 words) as you take notes--keep the phrases simple!
